It took over two weeks to get my order and when it arrived, the product was not sealed in the containers and had spilled out all over the packaging. One time too many for delayed orders. I was very disappointed with this, and I ended up trying a new product that is available in retail stores.

Product is really good. Love it. Perfect moisturizer for my hair. Have no problem with the product. My problem is I recently purchased 2 of theses and 2 hair growth serum which mean I purchased 4 products. I only received 1 of each products .
I e-mail customer service as soon as I received the package regarding the issue. Someone email back said they send a note to the wear house for this to be rectified asap. And never heard from them again. I hate to this but I have to do it here maybe someone will reply .Because this very unprofessional and not fair to me I am not a first time customer but this Will definitely be my last purchased . As much as I love some of the products it’s ok I am sure I will find something else somewhere else.
